SynchronyHR, a human resources (HR) outsourcing firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO, announces the addition of Alison (Ali) Sparks as Finance Manager.
In her new role, Sparks will be working with leadership to strategically manage and bolster the finances of this rapidly growing organization. She will also be working with ESAC (Employer Services Assurance Corporation), a nationally recognized financial assurance, standard-setting, and accreditation entity for the PEO/HR outsourcing industry, to ensure and promote SynchronyHR’s continued accreditation.

Sparks joins SynchronyHR with over ten years of accounting-related experience in both private and government environments. She also spent several years as a Controller within an HR outsourcing firm and is a Certified Payroll Professional through the American Payroll Association.
