Senior Tax Specialist


The Sr. Tax Specialist will be responsible for all activities related to payroll tax. This includes, but not limited to, state registrations, reconciliations, tax filings, and remitting/disbursement of Federal, State, and Local Tax obligations as they relate to PEO level reporting regulatory requirements. The position is also responsible for coordinating registration in new tax localities and on boarding of new clients’ tax requirements. 

Payroll Specialist


This position is responsible for handling client interface on a day-to-day basis; managing all aspects of payroll for our clients; ensuring timely, accurate payment of employees; process payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance, and 401(k) deductions; poll electronic time clocks and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy; and understanding compliance with HR policies, federal and state regulations, and court orders. 

Human Resources Business Partner


SynchronyHR is looking for a for a motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic human resources professional to join our team! This role is a key client business partner responsible for support of human resources, recruiting, training, unemployment, and other client offerings; developing innovative solutions, programs, policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and alignment with and/or support for client needs.

Workers' Compensation / Risk Specialist


SynchronyHR is seeking an individual to lead activity associated with its workers' compensation and safety offerings, policies, and practices.  The Workers' Compensation / Risk Specialist will be involved in implementing new programs to help ensure the safety of SynchronyHR clients. Applicants must be familiar with workers’ compensation coverage either as a carve-out policy or via a master policy arrangement, workers' compensation claims, safety training and education, and certificates of insurance.
