The Staff Accountant will assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and support other related financial activities. This position is accountable for all aspects of the accounts receivable and accounts payable process, including invoice calculations, payment processing, preparing financial reports, calculating and processing commissions, as well as collections (business to business).

The Sales and Office Administrator will handle supporting the internal sales team and external brokers with administrative activities throughout the sales process. This position provides primary office support activities such as performing general office work, data entry, processing mail, ordering supplies, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate must be disciplined and an initiative-taker; able to work with minimal instruction while managing multiple priorities and have superior customer service skills. Communication and follow-up skills are a priority.
Payroll Team Lead

The Payroll Team Lead supervises staff who provide PEO/ASO payroll services to client companies across multiple states and pay frequencies, and maintains an assigned book of business. The Payroll Team Lead serves as an escalation point for all customer and employee inquiries and provides staff with technical expertise and guidance to resolve problems. Ensures that a positive, high quality customer focused image is established and maintained. Success in the role is dependent on building and being part of a customer-centric team that delivers highly effective business processes.
