This role is a key client business partner responsible for support of human resources, recruiting, training, unemployment, and other client offerings; developing innovative solutions, programs, policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and alignment with and/or support for client needs.

Workers' Compensation / Risk Specialist


SynchronyHR is seeking an individual lead activity associated with its workers' compensation and safety offerings, policies, and practices.  The ideal Workers' Compensation / Risk Specialist will be involved in implementing new programs to help ensure the safety of SynchronyHR clients! Applicants must be familiar with workers’ compensation coverage either as a carve-out policy or via a master policy arrangement, workers' compensation claims, safety training and education, and certificates of insurance.

Tax and Compliance Accountant


The Tax and Compliance Accountant is responsible for ensuring employment tax filing and payment obligations are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and managed under generally accepted accounting principles.  The role is also responsible for the integration of employer tax accounts in the co-employment relationship, analyzing those employer tax accounts and leading compliance activities regarding tax account status, business changes, filing discrepancies, documents, and critical data gaps. The Tax and Compliance Accountant is also responsible for completing PEO filing and certification requirements.

Administrative Assistant


The Administrative Assistant facilitates efficient operations by performing clerical and administrative duties that support a variety of departments. Responsibilities include the answering and transferring of phone calls, processing and distributing mail daily, support of Payroll team in monitoring and mailing checks, management of office vendor relationships (printer, postage, building maintenance, etc.), and more.
