SynchronyHR (formally known as Cornerstone Employer Solutions) recently added PEO veteran Kyle R. Kelly as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner. Mr. Kelly will be responsible for managing all aspects of SynchronyHR's core business, particularly the direction of their innovative HR outsourcing solutions.

With this new CEO role, the organization will now have someone that will specifically oversee sales management and overall growth,” said Lecie Steinbaum, President & COO of SynchronyHR. Having previously managed an insurance brokerage subsidiary, as well as serving as President and CEO for a national PEO, Mr. Kelly brings more than 25 years of sales management, insurance, and leadership experience to SynchronyHR. Through these roles, he has established and maintained relationships with both large clients, and strategic partners in the brokerage and financial communities. As a consultant in the PEO field, Mr. Kelly has been regularly sought out for his knowledge across various disciplines, including sales management, organizational growth strategies, client service excellence, and leadership development.

Mr. Kelly graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
