SynchronyHR Introduces Leo Golowinski as Director of Payroll, Implementation, and Client Technology
SynchronyHR, a human resources (HR) outsourcing firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO, recently welcomed Leo Golowinski to their team as Director of Payroll, Implementation, and Client Technology.
In this role, Golowinski will head the Payroll, Implementation, and Client Technology departments. He is tasked with optimizing the performance of SynchronyHR’s payroll and technology operations in a client-centric fashion, as well as enhancing the implementation process in which new clients are onboarded to the organization’s human resources technology, employee benefits, payroll system, and more.

Golowinski brings over 15 years’ experience in the PEO industry to his new role with SynchronyHR, with a demonstrated record of building and improving infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Public University, as well as certifications for Six Sigma project leadership and payroll.
